This project focuses on designing the complete user interface and user experience for Active Care Organization, a UK-based care home management system built to manage residents, caregivers, medication, compliance, incidents, scheduling, and daily care documentation. The goal was to create a structured, accessible, and highly efficient system that supports healthcare professionals working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.

Challenge
Active Care Organization required a centralized digital system to manage multiple care homes while ensuring compliance with UK healthcare regulations. The system needed to support different user roles including administrators, nurses, caregivers, and managers.
The main challenge was simplifying complex, regulation-heavy workflows without compromising critical functionality. Care staff operate in high-pressure environments where time-sensitive decisions are essential. Therefore, the interface had to enable fast access to resident data, medication schedules, incident reports, and shift management tools.

Solution
The final solution introduced a role-based, structured interface designed specifically for healthcare environments. Key design decisions included role-driven dashboards highlighting priority tasks, high-contrast typography for better accessibility, and a modular design system for scalability.
I supported the development phase by ensuring accurate translation of design components into functional frontend elements. The final system significantly enhanced workflow efficiency, minimized errors in medication processes, and created a more intuitive experience for all staff.
